Constant Permeability

During surface filtration, RZ Membrane will minimize dust caking, which can result in significant pressure loss. RZ Membrane is an expanded micro-porous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coating that will maintain moisture resistance even when filtering very fine hygroscopic materials. 

Compared with standard needle materials that often lose permeability very quickly RZ Membrane will maintain a near constant permeability throughout the filter bag life expectancy. By providing near zero emissions, the RZ Membrane family of products not meet, but often exceed the strictest regulatory standards.
